The design brief is to create a workspace of 15 offices, with a co-working area and a café on the ground level, and a large communal area on the roof terrace, which can also be used for gatherings and events.  Flexibility in office space is available to meet the demands of current and future tenants. The main focus is to make the space welcoming and comfortable.
